2010 and 2011 National Driver of the Year

Jeff Dernehl is an avid and talented race car driver, as well as a Jeep specialist. Jeff has been racing Mazda RX-7s since 2001 when he took home his first regional championship. Though the car has had many different color schemes and body styles, one factor that has kept him in the front of the pack is his ability to drive. Over the past 11 years, Jeff has won and lost races just like every true champion has, and he will be the first to tell you, “It’s not an easy job being a race car driver; you have to be passionate and patient if you want to be the champ!”

To this day, Jeff is still pursuing his dream of becoming the GT3 National champion. After the last two years of heartbreaking second-place finishes at the National Championship Runoffs, Jeff has every intention of bringing the gold home to Georgia in 2013. He has held the title of a six-time South Eastern National Champion as well as a two-time National Driver of the Year. Jeff has set and still holds many track records around the country.
